Eyes Barely Open
Just.So.Tired.
Perhaps it’s the weather?
Everything aches.
I had every intention of posting Thursday Loves today but it just wasn’t meant to be. Very busy shuttling the blue eyed devils to and fro and sleeping.
Must sleep more.
I’ll make it “Weekend Loves” instead. And it’ll be good. Sort of like Kathy Griffin’s memoir that I inhaled in 2 days, but different.
Hope you’re cozy and warm.
Bonne Nuit.

I love Kathy Griffin. Do you recommend her memoir?
I love Kathy Griffin too. She is hilarious. I feel this weird kinship with her because of our similar irish catholic backgrounds. Also, our Dads died on the same day. (Feb 17)
I would recommend the memoir. It's a breezy read and she goes into things that she normally doesn't talk about: her childhood, her troubled brother, her divorce.
Next up for the book club i'm hosting is The Tender Bar. Read read read!
I just bought Kathy Griffin and The Tender Bar, my memoirist buddy. I know you loved Andre Agassi... I didn't get that one yet. It's TENNIS! (I know... you said it doesn't ruin it).
Don't buy Agassi's book or go out of your way to get it especially if you don't really give a rats ass about tennis (sort of me). He goes into so much detail about his opponents strengths and his "tennis-ness". I guess it was interesting...
Can you tell I'm ambivalent today?
Good, I won't. I like to think I'm interested in anyone's life - but sports just leave me cold.
Emily is always in the know about cool new juicy new memoirs. I too love Kathy Griffin. I'll check it out.
I love that photo you posted with your blog entry. Don't you wish you could have photos of yourself like that? I would hang crazy pics like that.
Love you sis. Get some zzzzzs. Oh, watched 500 days of Summer. Sweet. Sad. Hopefuly. And the main actor is a cross between my V and Heath Ledger.
Ha! I sent the guy who wrote the Tender Bar a FAN NOTE when it came out. And he wrote back!! I'm famous. Don't doubt it.
Hope you're feeling better, laydeee!
I like your picture
I like that pic too. It's not of me, obvs.
